Welcome from the Lower Moutere School Board of Trustees

Kia ora and welcome to our school community!

As your School Board, our job is to look after the big picture - setting the strategic direction, making sure the school has what it needs to thrive, and keeping everything on track. While our Principal, teaching team, learning assistants, administration staff and caretaker all take care of the day-to-day running of the school, we work behind the scenes to make sure our school environment is safe, inclusive and always moving forward.

Guided by our school motto, "To be the best that we can be," we are committed to the education, well-being and success of every child in our care. Everything we do is aimed at creating an environment where students can grow into respectful, safe learners.

We take our responsibilities seriously, and that means:
